Generally, a 100-mesh and 140-mesh grinding wheel should be selected to meet the requirements of 4-19mm glass. In addition, if the grinding amount of the No. 1 grinding wheel is too large, it will cause small chipping. The No. 2 should be able to simultaneously correct the chipping and completely cover the No. 1 wear scar. Often the No. 2 is ignored and the selected performance is poor.     Problem 2: The angle of the working end face of the diamond grinding wheel is more outwardly inclined than the factory angle.

    Answer: The front and rear ring angles are inappropriate or the motor is loose, the outer side of the front ring has too much work, and the rear ring is not working, and the motor angle needs to be adjusted and fixed in time.


    Problem 3: The working end face of the diamond grinding wheel is close to the level, even the outside is high and the inside is low, and the remaining 1/3 cannot be used.

    Answer: The front and rear ring angles are inappropriate or the motor is loose, the outer side of the front end is not working, and the inner side of the rear ring has a large workload. The motor angle should be adjusted and fixed in time, and the machining allowance of the front and rear rings should be allocated reasonably.


    Problem 4: There are impact marks on the outside of the grinding wheel, or there is a ring-shaped depression on the end surface, and the alloy is shiny, etc., and it cannot be used.

    Answer: This phenomenon mostly occurs in chamfering wheels or grinding wheels with fine diamonds No. 2, 3, because when replacing new grinding wheels or processing thick and thin glass with a large span, the advance and retreat position of the grinding wheel is not adjusted in time, causing the glass to directly hit the outside of the grinding wheel. , Or the allocated processing volume is far beyond the bearing range of the grinding wheel, and it is caused by not stopping the machine in time to make corrections.     Problem 5: If the full gear has teeth with a depth of about 2mm, the edges will collapse.

    Answer: The depth of the nozzle groove of the full gear = the working layer height 1.5mm inside the working ring of the grinding wheel. The remaining 1.5mm of the nozzle indicates that the working layer has been consumed.
